Maltese church,
A set of six views (all photos, circa 1890/1910) regarding the church and the annexed buildings of the Maltese order on the Aventino hill, in Rome, which is as known the official ambassade of Malta in Italy, and the Church was re-styled by Gio.Battista Piranesi in 1765 upon a commission by Pope Clemente XIII Rezzonico, being also this one the only project built and realized as an architect in all Piranes's lifetime. All of them in very good condition, very large size (photos circa cm 36 x 46), and pasted over the original sheets in thick paper, with printed title., including: Inner views of the main council hall (2); View from Tevere, left side; View from Tever, right side; Front view of the Church; View of all buildings from the garden side.
